2.1 The American Council of Second Amendment Lawyers ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.
2.2 Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

3.1 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on 2alawyers.org for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only.

8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
8.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harris County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes.
9. Disputes and Arbitration
9.1 All disputes related to your use of 2alawyers.org or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
9.2 Arbitration will be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and take place in Harris County, Texas. Each party will bear half of the arbitration costs unless otherwise agreed.
9.3 The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs this provision. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
9.4 Any appeals of arbitration awards or related lawsuits must be filed in Harris County, Texas.
9.5 No court will have jurisdiction over disputes until arbitration is completed.
