Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 All payments made to The American Council of Second Amendment Lawyers through 2alawyers.org are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 2.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

2.1 Application for Admission: Refunds will be issued for application fees if your application for admission to the organization is not granted.

  • Refunds for denied applications will be processed within 30 days of notification of the decision.
  • To request a refund, contact us at information@2alawyers.org and include your application details for verification.

2.2 No refunds are offered for any other transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Membership fees for approved applications.
  • Event registrations.
  • Purchases of services or materials.

3. Disputes

3.1 If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment, please contact us at information@2alawyers.org within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds outside of the exception above will not be granted, but we will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
