Biography

Four decades of service to the firearms, security and defense industries including civil, criminal state and federal matters. Attorney Miller is a Benefactor of the NRA and has served as litigation counsel for the NRA in CT. As Counsel to many of the largest firearms stores in CT, firearms manufacturers and as the independent Program Attorney for U.S. Law Shield for CT we handle firearms matters on a regular basis. In 2023 the Firm was awarded the prestigious Protect Award for excellence in firearms representation. And, our offices in Middletown CT are close to most major courts. The firm is rated A+ 5 Stars by the Better Business Bureau.
