Biography
Matthew W. ("Matt") Kilgo is the managing attorney and owner of The Law Offices of Matthew Kilgo, LLC. Now in his 25th year of practice, Matt is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on firearms litigation, including criminal cases, weapons-carry related matters, and regulatory firearms issues at the state and federal levels. Matt has worked as a Georgia prosecutor, first with the Cherokee County Solicitor’s Office, then as an assistant solicitor in the City of Atlanta and in Cobb County, Georgia. He then served as a felony trial prosecutor in the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney’s Office and, later as regional counsel for the Recording Industry Association of America’s criminal anti-piracy program in the southeast.
