David Katz is an Expert Firearm Attorney and has been practicing law for over 10 years. He began his career as a prosecutor in Seminole County, Florida.   There, he gained invaluable experience analyzing how state and federal gun crimes were prosecuted. After serving as a prosecutor, he formed his own law firm with James Phillips, Jr. Together, they have successfully represented thousands of clients who were facing criminal charges, including gun crime charges.

Together with Mr. Phillips, David wrote the book on Florida gun law. Florida Gun Law: Armed and Educated, has received praise from professional organizations and readers alike. David is a strong advocate of the Second Amendment.   He believes it is your right as an American citizen to own a firearm.
